3-minute walk east from the Hankyu Osaka-Umeda Station
4-minute walk east from the Midosuji Exit of the JR Osaka Station
5-minute from Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line
5-minute from Higashi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line

Once you arrive at Osaka Umeda Station, look for the signs pointing towards HEP FIVE. The mall is within walking distance from the station, and you can easily spot it due to its distinctive red Ferris wheel attached to the building. Just follow the signs or ask for directions if needed, and you’ll reach HEP FIVE.
